MISCELLANEOUS FACTS

• All deed of easements must be signed before the project can take place in Harvey Cedars.
• No sand replenishment or dune repair can be done without a State permit, whether done by the Army Corps or by an individual. The State will not issue a permit unless an Easement Agreement has been signed.
• Flood Insurance DOES NOT cover damage due to beach erosion. Check with your insurance agent/policy.
• The Borough of Harvey Cedars will no longer maintain dunes on private property (unsigned easement deeds).
• The Borough of Harvey Cedars will not be placing port-o-potties at ocean street ends. A written proposal has been sent to the State for the existing restrooms to meet their criteria.
