PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Harvey Cedars Board of Commissioners
will meet on
Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at 5:00pm
at the Borough Hall, 7606 Long Beach Blvd.,
regarding Ordinance No. 2015-08 (click here) that was tabled
at the regular meeting held on Friday, August 7, 2015 for further discussion.
The ordinance authorizes a referendum ballot question regarding the establishment of a municipal open space tax.
A second public discussion of the ordinance shall be held
Wednesday, August 12th and
formal action will be taken.
