HARVEY CEDARS, NJ February 15, 2005
The regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars, NJ was called to order by Mayor Oldham at 4:35pm who stated to the best of his knowledge all requirements of the State Sunshine Law had been met. Commissioners Gerkens and Garofalo and Board Attorney John Cerefice were present.
Motion to approve the minutes of the previous meeting, February 4, 2005, was made by
Commissioner Garofalo, seconded by Commissioner Gerkens.

REPORTS FROM COMMISSIONERS:
Commissioner Garofalo –
· We are getting close to finalizing the budget.
Mayor Oldham –
· Met with the State regarding the beach replenishment project. We asked them to start a study of 86th Street beach for temporary solutions and what is causing the erosion. We also asked for a study on the feeder channels.
PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR –
Al Wright, Cedars Ave., asked if the block grant was a permanent request. He requested a foot shower to be added to the existing shower at the Mercer Avenue ramp. Commissioner Gerkens said she will talk with the Superintendent; this is not a CDBG request.
