HARVEY CEDARS, NJ SPECIAL MEETING January 26, 2006
The special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars, NJ was called to order by Deputy Mayor Gerkens at 10:04am. Commissioner Garofalo was present; Mayor Oldham was absent.
This meeting was called to pursuant to the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Law. Notice was published in the Beach Haven Times on January 25, 2006. Notices were also faxed to the Atlantic City Press and posted on the bulletin board in the Municipal Building and the Post Office. Notices on the bulletin board have remained continuously posted.
Motion to open public discussion regarding the 2006 Ocean County Community Development Block Grant funding. Citizens and non-profit agencies are invited to comment on the housing and community development needs of the Borough:

Second: Commissioner Gerkens
There was no public in attendance. Commissioners Gerkens and Garofalo discussed purchasing new beach wheel chairs.
