HARVEY CEDARS, NJ SPECIAL MEETING March 3, 2006
The special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars, NJ was called to order by Mayor Oldham at 9:05am. Commissioner Gerkens was present, Commissioner Garofalo was absent.
This Special Meeting was called pursuant to the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Law. Notices were faxed to the Asbury Park Press and the Atlantic City Press and posted on the bulletin board in the Municipal Building and the Post Office. Notices on the bulletin board have remained continuously posted.
RESOLUTION #2006-030: AWARD CONTRACT FOR BULLDOZER PARTS UNDER STATE CONTRACT
WHEREAS the Borough of Harvey Cedars is in need of replacement parts for the Case bulldozer; and
WHEREAS Trico Equipment, Inc., Vendor #701, has the desired parts and is under State Contract No. A58303-T2187.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a contract be awarded to Trico Equipment for said bulldozer parts for the price of $35,000.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certificate of availability of funds, executed by the Chief Financial Officer is annexed hereto. The following line item appropriations or ordinances which constitute the availability of funds for this contract:
04-215-55-961-101 Ordinance No. 96-11.
