MEETING June 30, 2006
The
special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars
was called to order by Mayor Oldham at 12noon.
Commissioner
Garofalo was present, Commissioner Gerkens was absent.
This Special Meeting was called pursuant to the
provisions of the Open Public Meetings Law.
Notice was published in the Beach Haven Times on June 28, 2006. Notices were also faxed to the Atlantic City
Press and posted on the bulletin board in the Municipal Building and the Post
Office. Notices on the bulletin board
have remained continuously posted.
RENEWAL OF PLENARY RETAIL CONSUMPTION LICENSE TO OUTRIGGER RESTAURANT, LLC FOR THE YEAR 2006-2007
(Plantation Restaurant)
A
copy of the resolution is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Before this Resolution was
voted upon, the Mayor asked if there were any objections on the part of the
public to the granting of this license.
No public was in attendance.
