HARVEY CEDARS, NJ SPECIAL MEETING January 4, 2007
The special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars, NJ was called to order by Mayor Oldham at 12:06pm. Commissioner Garofalo and Commissioner Gerkens were present.
This meeting was called to adopt the temporary budget for 2007 and was called pursuant to the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Law. Notices were faxed to the Atlantic City Press and the Asbury Park Press, and posted on the bulletin board in the Municipal Building and the Post Office. Notices on the bulletin board have remained continuously posted.
The Mayor read the following resolution by title only and asked for a motion to adopt.
A copy of the resolution is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
