Mr. Joe Krug, 44 W. 80th Street, said he was appointed as the Taxpayer’s Association Safety Committee member.  He researched the plan of making the Boulevard a three lane road (in Harvey Cedars), with a center turning lane.  After a brief discussion with the Board, the Mayor suggested for the Association to form a committee with safety professionals (i.e. police, fire, etc.) and representatives from Loveladies and North Beach to study the concept, and then report back to the Association with the results.
