Steve Sepanek, 6332 Long Beach Blvd., read the attached statement regarding his input on this ordinance.  He feels the ordinance should revert back to the ordinance that was tabled on June 19, 2007, which added all Limited Commercial uses to be included in the Marine Commercial district.  The Board discussed his concerns, but the Board felt the marine district area would be negatively impacted by adding food and pharmacy usage.  A property owner has the option of applying to the Zoning Board for a use variance along with site plan approval.
