HARVEY CEDARS, NJ SPECIAL MEETING October 9, 2007
The special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars, NJ was called to order by Deputy Mayor Gerkens at 12:05pm. Commissioner Garofalo was present and Mayor Oldham was absent.
This special meeting was called pursuant to the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Law. Notices were faxed to the Asbury Park Press and the Atlantic City Press on October 4, 2007. Notices were posted on the bulletin board in the Municipal Building and the Post Office. Notices on the bulletin board have remained continuously posted.
The Deputy Mayor read the following resolution by title only and asked for a motion to adopt.
CONTRACT AWARD FOR A BULLDOZER
Motion to adopt: Commissioner Garofalo
Second: Deputy Mayor Gerkens
Vote: Ayes – Unanimous
Motion to adjourn: Commissioner Garofalo
Second: Commissioner Gerkens
Meeting adjourned at 12:07pm.
