HARVEY CEDARS, NJ SPECIAL MEETING December 22, 2009
The special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars, NJ was called to order by Deputy Mayor Gerkens at 1:02pm. Commissioner Garofalo was present, Mayor Oldham was absent.
This Special Meeting was called pursuant to the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Law. Notices were faxed to the Asbury Park Press and Atlantic City Press on December 18, 2009 and posted on the bulletin board in the Municipal Building and the Post Office as well as on the Borough’s website. Notices on the bulletin board and website have remained continuously posted.
The Deputy Mayor read the following resolution by title only and asked for a motion to adopt.
DESIGNATING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR POLICE ACCREDITATION
A copy of the resolution is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
