ORDINANCE NO. 2006-16

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4 OF THE REVISED

GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE BOROUGH OF HARVEY CEDARS,

1975, ENTITLED “GENERAL LICENSING”

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE BOROUGH OF HARVEY CEDARS, as follows:

Section 1. Section 4-7 entitled “Activity Committee Fees” is hereby amended by amending the following fees:

Advertising $200.00 - $400.00

Shirts, tank tops $6.00 - $35.00

Tour tickets $10.00 - $20.00

Magnets $1.00 - $10.00

Flags $1.00 - $20.00

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect after a second reading and publication, in accordance with law.

Section 3. Ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are repealed.
