RESOLUTION #2008-031
DESIGNATING PROFESSIONAL APPRAISAL SERVICES
WHEREAS the Board of Commissioners of
the Borough of Harvey Cedars, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey has
determined that it should hire an appraiser for services relating to the continuation
of the Long Beach Island beach replenishment project; and
WHEREAS
said contracts for professional services need not be bid under the Local Public
Contract Law of the State of New Jersey.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by
the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars that Donald Moliver,
Ph.D., MAI, 35 Buena Vista Avenue, Rumson, New Jersey, 07760 is hereby appointed
appraiser for the Borough of Harvey Cedars, upon
receipt of properly executed State mandated disclosure forms, at a rate of
$1,000 to $2,000 per appraisal report and an hourly rate of $150.00 for
additional activities and services.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that
the Mayor and Municipal Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract with
said firm.
