RESOLUTION #2008-035

AMENDING THE CERTIFIED LIST OF VOLUNTEER MEMBERS WHO QUALIFIED FOR CREDIT UNDER THE LOSAP PROGRAM FOR THE YEAR 2007

WHEREAS Resolution #2008-025 was adopted on February 4, 2008 authorizing the list of volunteer members who qualified for credit under the Length of Service Award Program (LOSAP) for the High Point Volunteer Fire Company for the year 2007; and

WHEREAS during the mandatory 30 day appeal period, it has been brought to the attention of the Borough that due to calculation errors of the qualifying points, two members on said list did not meet the criteria of 50 points.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars that Resolution #2008-025 is hereby amended by removing Nicholas Ballinger and James Zimmerman from the certified 2007 LOSAP list, and the member list as part of Resolution #2008-025 shall remain posted for the remainder of the mandatory 30 day posting period with the aforementioned changes.
