RESOLUTION #2009-028
AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF APPRAISAL REPORTS
WHEREAS the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey appointed Donald Moliver, Ph.D., MAI, CRE, CTA on February 19, 2008 for appraisal services relating to the continuation of the Long Beach Island beach replenishment project; and
WHEREAS the appraisal reports requested were for easements within the following properties:
1. Block: 84 Lot: 7 Location: 13 East 84th Street
2. Block: 82 Lot: 7 Location: 16 East 83rd Street
3. Block: 81 Lot: 5 Location: 13 East 81st Street
4. Block: 79 Lot: 5 Location: 22 East 80th Street
5. Block: 43 Lot: 5 Location: 15 East Sussex Ave.
6. Block: 42.03 Lot: 5 Location: 7B East 70th Street
7. Block: 42.03 Lot: 4 Location: 7A 70th Street
8. Block: 42.01 Lot: 6 Location: 8B East 69th Street
9. Block: 42.01 Lot: 5 Location: 9 East 68th Street
10. Block: 38 Lot: 18 Location: 6311F Long Beach Blvd.
11. Block: 24 Lot: 9 Location: 14A East Burlington Ave.
12. Block: 24 Lot: 6 Location: 13 East Passaic Ave.
13. Block: 5 Lot: 5 Location: 5309D Long Beach Blvd.; and
WHEREAS seven (7) of said requested appraisals have been accepted by the Borough of Harvey Cedars on October 3, 2008 by Resolution #2008-101; and
WHEREAS two (2) of the remaining requested appraisals have been completed and submitted to the Borough of Harvey Cedars and approved by the Real Estate Division of the Army Corps of Engineers on February 13, 2009.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars that the following appraisal reports are hereby accepted and acknowledged by the Borough of Harvey Cedars:
1. Block: 42.03 Lot: 5 Location: 7B East 70th Street
2. Block: 43 Lot: 5 Location: 15 East Sussex Ave.
