RESOLUTION #2006-039

AWARD CONTRACT FOR PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT

UNDER STATE CONTRACT

WHEREAS the Borough of Harvey Cedars is in need of replacing playground equipment in Sunset Park; and

WHEREAS Liberty Parks & Playgrounds, Inc. has the desired equipment and is under State Contract No. A59059-T0103.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a contract be awarded to Liberty Parks & Playgrounds for said playground equipment for the price of $50,629.00.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certificate of availability of funds, executed by the Chief Financial Officer is annexed hereto.  The following line item appropriations or ordinances which constitute the availability of funds for this contract:

04-215-55-071-101 / Ordinance No. 2006-06.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall take effect on April 10, 2006.
