RESOLUTION #2006-078

AUTHORIZING REFUND FOR ART SHOW FEE

WHEREAS John Sempler applied and paid for the 2006 Art Show and

prior to the date of the show informed the Activity Committee that he was unable to attend said show and requested a refund.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars to issue the following refund upon receipt of properly executed payment voucher:

1. John Sempler, Box 2703, North Wildwood, NJ 08260 in the amount of $70.00.
