REFUND TAX OVERPAYMENT MADE IN ERROR

            WHEREAS there appears in the 2006 Tax Duplicate for the Borough of Harvey Cedars the following block and lot that is overpaid for 2006 because both the owner and mortgage company made payment; and

WHEREAS the owner / owner representative made payment to the taxes in error, has shown proof of payment and has requested that the monies be refunded as follows:
