RESOLUTION #2006-121

AWARD CONTRACT FOR THE PAINTING AND REPAIRS OF THE WATER TOWER

WHEREAS the Borough of Harvey Cedars solicited bids for painting and repairs to the water tower which were opened publicly on December 6, 2006 at 11:00am; and

WHEREAS it is in the opinion of the Borough that the lowest qualified bid be accepted for same; and

WHEREAS Corrosion Control Corporation has the lowest qualified bid; and

WHEREAS the Finance Officer has certified the availability of funds for this contract.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars this 19^th day of December 2006, for the reasons aforesaid, that a contract be and is hereby awarded to

for interior and exterior painting and repairs to the Harvey Cedars water tower in the amount of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150,950.00) as per bid received.
