RESOLUTION #2006-048

CAPITAL BUDGET AMENDMENT

WHEREAS the local capital budget for the year 2006 was adopted on the 7^th day of April, 2006; and

WHEREAS it is desired to amend said adopted capital budget section.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the Borough of Harvey Cedars, County of Ocean, that the following amendment(s) to the adopted capital budget section of the 2006 Budget be made:

Project:  Reconstruction of Various Road

Estimated Total Cost:  $160,000.00

Capital Improvement Fund:  $8,000.00

Debt Authorized:  $152,000.00

Project:  Repaint Water Tower

Estimated Total Cost:  $100,000.00

Capital Improvement Fund:  $5,000.00

Debt Authorized:  $95,000.00

                        TOTALS ALL PROJECTS: 

Estimated Total Cost:  $260,000.00

Capital Improvement Fund:  $13,000.00

Debt Authorized:  $247,000.00

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that two (2) certified copies of this resolution be filed forthwith in the Office of the Director of Local Government Services.
