RESOLUTION #2006-063

AUTHORIZING REFUND OF TENNIS COURT FEES

WHEREAS Carol Murphy, 8004 Bay Terrace, on May 23, 2006 paid in advance $540.00 for the reservation of 2 tennis courts for 2 hours each on Tuesdays and 1 tennis court for 2 hours on Thursdays beginning July 6 through August 31, 2006 (9 weeks); and

WHEREAS due to unforeseen medical circumstances, is unable to use the Thursday reservations and is requesting a refund for said reservations; and

WHEREAS it is in the opinion of the Borough that said fees should be refunded.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars to issue a refund in the amount of $180.00 to Carol Murphy, 8004 Bay Terrace, upon receipt of a properly executed payment voucher.
