RESOLUTION #2006-067

AUTHORIZING THE TAX COLLECTOR TO TRANSFER TAX OVERPAYMENT TO THE NEXT OPEN TAX BALANCE

WHEREAS it has been brought to the attention of the Borough of Harvey Cedars by the Tax Collector, that overpayments have occurred; and

           WHEREAS it is the desire of the Board of Commissioners to apply the monies to the next open tax balance.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, that the credit monies on the following properties be transferred from the 2005 tax to the 2006 tax and from the 2006 tax to the 2007 tax and that the records of the Tax Collector’s Office be adjusted.
