RESOLUTION #2006-072

AUTHORIZING REFUND FOR CRAFT SHOW FEE

WHEREAS Renee Gerber applied and paid for the 2006 Blue Craft Show and

prior to the date of the shown informed the Activity Committee that she was unable to attend said show and requested a refund.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars to issue the following refund upon receipt of properly executed payment voucher:

1. Renee Gerber, 12 Red Coat Place, Allentown, NJ 08501 in the amount of $50.00.
