RESOLUTION #2006-074

AUTHORIZING THE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER TO CANCEL RESERVE FOR REASSESSMENT APPROPRIATION AN APPROPRIATION RESERVE

WHEREAS the Chief Financial Officer has informed the Borough Commissioners of the need to cancel the reserve for reassessment, 2004 revaluation appropriation; and

WHEREAS the 2004 revaluation has been completed and billed to the Borough of Harvey Cedars; and

WHEREAS the Chief Financial Officer recommends that the following adjustments to the books and records of the Borough of Harvey Cedars be made.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars that the following be cancelled and the adjustments made to the appropriate accounts.

	Reserve for Reassessment (Revaluation)
Acct# 01-280-55-000-000	CANCEL $6,994.53
