RESOLUTION #2006-084

AUTHORIZING THE ACTIVITY COMMITTEE TO CONDUCT

“END OF SEASON” SALES

WHEREAS Activity Committee fees are set pursuant to Section 4-7 of the General Ordinances of the Borough of Harvey Cedars; and

WHEREAS the Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars in conjunction with the Activity Committee desire to divest inventory by reducing prices.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars as follows:

1. That the Activity Committee is authorized to sell its current inventory at the following prices:

· Adult T-shirts   $12.00 each or $20.00 for two

· Youth T-shirts $8.00 each or $15.00 for two

· Tank Tops $6.00 each

· Hats $5.00

2. That the Activity Committee members are authorized to negotiate prices at its discretion based on quantity of purchase.

3. That said prices shall commence at the Blue Claw Craft Show and shall continue until inventory has been depleted.
