RESOLUTION #2006-085

AUTHORIZE FIREWORKS DISPLAY TO BE RESCHEDULED

WHEREAS on July 7, 2006 the Borough of Harvey Cedars authorized and contracted with International Fireworks Company to provide a fireworks display to be held on September 2, 2006; and

WHEREAS due to forecasted storms, the Borough of Harvey Cedars desires to postpone said fireworks.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars, County of Ocean, hereby authorizes the rescheduling of the fireworks display to Saturday, September 30, 2006.
