RESOLUTION #2007-002

ZONING BOARD APPOINTMENTS

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars that the following appointments are made to the Harvey Cedars Zoning Board:

1. Terry Kulinski as a regular member for a four (4) year term ending 12/31/2010.

2. John Tilton as a regular member for a four (4) year term ending 12/31/2010.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that David Deakyne, 2^nd Alternate member, shall become the 1^st Alternate member for his remaining appointed term ending 12/31/07.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of this resolution be forwarded to the following:

1. Terry Kulinski, 16 Lange Ave., Harvey Cedars.

2. John Tilton, 27 Cedars Ave., Harvey Cedars.

3. David Deakyne, 10 East Atlantic Ave., Harvey Cedars.

4. Borough of Harvey Cedars Zoning Board Secretary.
