AUTHORIZATION TO

REFUND TAX OVERPAYMENTS MADE IN ERROR

WHEREAS there appears in the 2007 Tax Duplicate for the Borough of Harvey Cedars, the following block and lot that is overpaid for 2007 because both the owner and mortgage company made payment; and

WHEREAS the owner/owner representative made payment to the taxes in error, has shown proof of payment and has requested that the monies be refunded as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey that the overpayment that appears above be refunded.
