RESOLUTION #2007-029

AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE OFFICER TO CANCEL STALE CHECKS

WHEREAS it has been brought to the attention of the Borough of Harvey Cedars by the Finance Officer, that there is an outstanding stale checks that has never been cancelled from the borough records; and

            WHEREAS it is the desire of the Board of Commissioners to cancel the stale check in a timely manner.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars, State of New Jersey, that the following stale checks be cancelled and that the finance officer’s records be adjusted to reflect the same.
