RESOLUTION #2007-034

CONTRACT AWARD FOR PAYROLL SERVICES

WHEREAS the Borough of Harvey Cedars desires to contract with a payroll service company; and

WHEREAS the Borough has interviewed, solicited quotes and viewed demonstrations from four payroll service companies; and

WHEREAS it is in the opinion of the Finance Department that the best services can be provided by Primepoint, LLC, 163 Route 130, Bordentown, NJ 08505.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars, County of Ocean, that the Commissioner of Revenue and Finance is authorized to enter into a contract with Primepoint, LLC to provide payroll services to the Borough in the estimated annual amount of $3,442.00 as per the attached quote.
