APPOINTMENT OF ZONING BOARD MEMBER

WHEREAS the Harvey Cedars Zoning Board of Adjustment has a vacancy for the position of the 2^nd Alternate Member.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars that Glenn Gautier is hereby appointed as Alternate Member #2 to the Harvey Cedars Zoning Board for a two (2) year term ending 12/31/2008.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of this resolution be forwarded to the following:

1. Glenn Gautier, 3 West 77^th Street, Harvey Cedars.

2. Borough of Harvey Cedars Zoning Board Secretary.
