RESOLUTION #2007-055

AUTHORIZING REFUND FOR CRAFT SHOW FEE

WHEREAS John Kaltenbach applied and paid for the 2007 Craft Day by the Bay craft show and prior to the date of the show informed the Activity Committee that he was unable to participate in said show and requested a refund.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars to issue the following refund upon receipt of properly executed payment voucher:

1. John Kaltenbach, 29 Gajewski Lane, Cedar Run, NJ 08092 in the amount of $82.50.
