DESIGNATING DUE DATE AND INTEREST CHARGES FOR

WATER METER BILLS

            BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars as follows:

1) The Utility Clerk is hereby authorized to process bills for water meters upon notification of installation by the Water Department.

2) Payment of fee will be due sixty (60) days from the billing date with a ten (10) day grace period.

3) Accounts that become delinquent shall be charged interest back to the due date.
