RESOLUTION #2007-071

AUTHORIZING REFUNDS FOR CRAFT SHOW FEES

WHEREAS R. Drake applied and paid for the 2007 Craft Show by the Bay; and

WHEREAS Barbara Shaffery applied and paid for the 2007 Craft Show by the Bay; and

WHEREAS the abovementioned applicants informed the Activity Committee prior to the date of the show that they were unable to attend said shows and have requested refunds.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars to issue the following refunds upon receipt of properly executed payment vouchers:

1. R. Drake, 117 Pine Oak Blvd., Barnegat, NJ 08005

in the amount of $82.50.

2. Barbara Shaffery, 23 Forest Valley Dr., Toms River, NJ 08755

in the amount of $65.00.
