RESOLUTION #2007-082

AUTHORIZING THE CLERK AND ENGINEER TO SOLICIT BIDS FOR THE BOROUGH OF HARVEY CEDARS

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars as follows:

1. The Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized to solicit bids for a bulldozer and a surf rake for the Borough of Harvey Cedars.

2. The Borough Engineer is hereby authorized to solicit bids for the 2007 Road Improvement project.
