RESOLUTION #2007-088

AUTHORIZING REFUND FOR ART SHOW FEES

WHEREAS Jill Hand applied and paid for two (2) spaces at the 2007 Art Show in Sunset Park; and

WHEREAS the abovementioned applicant informed the Activity Committee prior to the date of the show that only one (1) space would be used and has requested a refund.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars to issue the following refund upon receipt of properly executed payment vouchers:

1. Jill Hand, 491-1 Willow Road East, Staten Island, NY 10314

                              in the amount of $70.00.
