RESOLUTION #2007-095

CONTRACT AWARD FOR A BULLDOZER

WHEREAS the Borough of Harvey Cedars solicited bids on October 4, 2007 for a bulldozer; and

WHEREAS it is in the opinion of the Borough that the lowest qualified bid be accepted for same; and

WHEREAS Trico Equipment, LLC has the lowest qualified bid; and

WHEREAS the Chief Financial Officer has certified the availability of funds for this contract.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars this 9^th day of October 2007, for the reasons aforesaid, that a contract be and is hereby awarded to:

                                    Trico Equipment, LLC

                                    PO Box 7019

                                    Freehold, NJ 07728

for a Case Crawler Dozer in an amount not to exceed Ninety Eight Thousand Five Hundred and Eighty-Eight dollars ($98,588.00) as per bid received on October 4, 2007.
