RESOLUTION #2007-116
DESIGNATING A PUBLIC AGENCY COMPLIANCE OFFICER
WHEREAS the State of New Jersey, Department of the Treasury, Affirmative Action Office, pursuant to Public Law 1975 c. 127 (NJAC 17:27), requires that the municipality shall designate an official or staff person to act as liaison and serve as a Public Agency Compliance Officer (P.A.C.O.) and whose name, title, business address, telephone number shall be forwarded to the State Affirmative Action Office by January 10th annually.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners hereby appoints Daina Dale, Municipal Clerk of the Borough of Harvey Cedars as the Public Agency Compliance Officer (P.A.C.O.) for the year 2008.
