RESOLUTION #2007-116

DESIGNATING A PUBLIC AGENCY COMPLIANCE OFFICER

            WHEREAS the State of New Jersey, Department of the Treasury, Affirmative Action Office, pursuant to Public Law 1975 c. 127 (NJAC 17:27), requires that the municipality shall designate an official or staff person to act as liaison and serve as a Public Agency Compliance Officer (P.A.C.O.) and whose name, title, business address, telephone number shall be forwarded to the State Affirmative Action Office by January 10^th annually. 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners hereby appoints Daina Dale, Municipal Clerk of the Borough of Harvey Cedars as the Public Agency Compliance Officer (P.A.C.O.) for the year 2008.
