APPOINTMENT OF MUNICIPAL JUDGE FOR THE

BOROUGH OF HARVEY CEDARS

            BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars that Frank Salzer is hereby appointed Municipal Judge for the Borough of Harvey Cedars for a three (3) year term commencing January 1, 2008 and ending December 31, 2010.
