RESOLUTION #2008-010

DESIGNATING THE COMMISSIONERS/DIRECTORS TO THEIR RESPECTIVE DEPARTMENTS

BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars, County of Ocean, this 4th day of January 2008 as follows:

· Mayor Jonathan S. Oldham is hereby assigned the Department of Public Affairs and Safety, and is hereby designated as the Director of said Department.

· Deputy Mayor Judith E. Gerkens is hereby assigned the Department of Revenue and Finance and is hereby designated as the Director of said Department.

· Michael A. Garofalo is hereby assigned the Department of Public Works and is hereby designated as the Director of said Department.
