CONSTRUCTION & ZONING
As of Monday, March 16th, Borough Hall is closed to the public, however the Zoning Department and the Construction Department continue to process all permit applications and perform inspections.
CONSTRUCTION HOURS: Call 609-361-6016 for inspections on Wednesday & Fridays between the hours of 1:00pm-4:00pm. Blank construction packets will be available upon request by calling Borough Hall.
ZONING HOURS: Call 609-361-6000 (option 8) for zoning assistance on Wednesday & Fridays between the hours of 9:00am-11:00am or email zoning@harveycedars.org
Resale CO’s - March 31, 2020
At this time, we are continuing to process CO applications. Resale applications and a list of requirements can be found by clicking here. Applications and required paperwork can either be mailed to the office or dropped in our drop box located next to the front door.
Applications will be processed during regular Zoning hours of Wednesday and Fridays.
With respect to everyone’s safety, resale inspections will only be done on non-occupied properties at this time as we continue to practice safe measures to stop the spread of COVID-19. NO ONE IS PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY FOR A LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE A SCHEDULED INSPECTION. If the property is occupied, a re-inspection fee will be charged and the inspection will be rescheduled.
