PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the regularly scheduled meeting of the Land Use Board of the Borough of Harvey Cedars will be held virtually though Zoom Meeting on Thursday May 21, 2020 at 7:00PM. 
At that time the Land Use Board Secretary will be located in the Municipal Building, located at 7606 Long Beach Boulevard, Harvey Cedars, N.J.

PUBLIC ACCESS TO ZOOM MEETING
To access the virtual hearing through the Zoom platform, you will need access to a computer with internet access and/or dial in through a mobile or land line phone. You will be able to listen and view the evidence shared on the screen at the meeting.

PARTICIPATION IN ZOOM MEETING
You will be able to participate when the Board Chairman opens the meeting to the public for the public participation portion of the meeting at the end of the applicant’s presentation for you to ask questions and or cross examine witnesses and make statements.  If you have questions of the applicant prepared in advance of the meeting, please email them to the Land Use Board Secretary, Christine Lisiewski, at tax@harveycedars.org  prior to the meeting.  Your relevant questions will be presented to the applicant during the meeting for response.  If you have information or exhibits that you wish to be considered and entered into the record, please email them to the Land Use Board Secretary in advance of the meeting to enable them to be marked for identification.
