Special Meeting Notice

A special meeting of the Harvey Cedars Board of Commissioners will be held on
Monday, January 27th at 9:00am in the Municipal Building, 7606 Long Beach Boulevard, Harvey Cedars,
to approve bills for payment and a Resolution containing the present and prospective need for affordable housing obligations.
Additional items may be discussed. Formal action will be taken. 

REGULAR MEETING DATES FOR THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR THE YEAR 2025

            WHEREAS, the Open Public Meetings Act of 1976 requires public bodies to provide notice of all meetings in an effort to enhance the proper functioning of the democratic processes; and

            WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Board of Commissioners to adhere to the provision of said act.

            NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars for the year 2025 as follows:

1. The Board of Commissioners hereby designates the third Monday of each month at 4:30pm its regular meeting, with exceptions noted below, unless otherwise modified by this Board.   Formal action will be taken.

January 6^th – 1^st Monday*
February 10^th – 2^nd Monday*
March 17^th
April 21^st
May 19^th
June 16^th
July 21^st
August 18^th
September 15^th
October 20^th
November 17^th
December 15th

2. The Board of Commissioners hereby designates two (2) hours preceding and one (1) hour after each regular meeting for its policy meeting unless otherwise modified by resolution of the Board.  No formal action will be taken.

3. The Board of Commissioners will hold daily work sessions, as well as Executive Sessions, if necessary, on Mondays and Fridays.  No formal action will be taken.

4. All aforementioned meetings shall be held at the Borough Hall, 7606 Long Beach Blvd., Harvey Cedars, NJ.
