Public Notice is hereby given that the applicants, Glen & Virginia Stefani, have been granted variance approval to renovate an existing upper level reconfiguring the interior within the current building footprint, including enclosure of the previously open and covered deck areas to create 296 sq. ft. of new living space on Lot 16 in Block 20 in the Borough of Harvey Cedars, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey at the meeting of the Harvey Cedars Land Use Board held on June 18, 2026.
