Public Notice is hereby given that the applicants, Walters Design-Build, LLC and Sisters of Charity of Saint Elizabeth, have been granted approval for Preliminary and Final Major Subdivision approval without variances for Lots 4 & 4.01 in Block 44 in the Borough of Harvey Cedars, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey at the meeting of the Harvey Cedars Land Use Board held on February 19th 2026.
