AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF HARVEY CEDARS, OCEAN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING CHAPTER 13 AND CHAPTER 24 OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE BOROUGH OF HARVEY CEDARS, 1975, ENTITLED “ZONING” AND “FLOODPLAIN MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS” AS IT PERTAINS TO ZONING AND FLOODPLAIN PERMIT FEES
Public notice is hereby given that the Ordinance as entitled above was finally passed and adopted on second reading by the Commissioners of the Borough of Harvey Cedars at a meeting held on March 16, 2026.
