NOTICE OF SALE OF PROPERTY
NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of Harvey Cedars shall conduct a sale of surplus property online. The address of the auction site is www.govdeals.com. The surplus property is being sold in an “as-is” condition without express or implied warranties. The auction will be available online starting on May 15, 2026 at 11am with all bids closing on May 22, 2026 at 11am. Surplus property being sold: Retired beach badges, HP Office Jet Pro 901se, Kohler 5000 Generator, and Thompson tow behind pump model 6JSVEE. All bidders must pre-register with GovDeals at www.govdeals.com. Items will be sold individually. The successful bidder shall be required to execute a hold harmless and indemnification agreement. The Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any bids submitted.
