NOTICE OF SALE OF PROPERTY
NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough of Harvey Cedars shall conduct a sale of surplus property online. The address of the auction site is www.govdeals.com. The surplus property is being sold in an “as-is” condition without express or implied warranties. The auction will be available online starting on July 17, 2026 at 11am with all bids closing on July 24, 2026 at 11am. Surplus property being sold: 1995 Ford F-350 Diesel Powered 5-speed Manual Mason Dump Truck and 2017 Honda Foreman 500. All bidders must pre-register with GovDeals at www.govdeals.com. Items will be sold individually. The successful bidder shall be required to execute a hold harmless and indemnification agreement. The Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any bids submitted.
