 Public Notice is hereby given that the Borough of Harvey Cedars Land Use Board has awarded contracts without competitive bidding as professional services pursuant to the provision of NJSA 40A:11-5. Contracts and resolutions are available for inspection in the office of the Borough Clerk.  The following contracts are for the time period 01/01/2026-12/31/2026
